Our rentals are equipped with 2 bedrooms. fitted kitchen, living area with television, private terrace with garden furniture. Only one car per location.
A deposit of €300 by bank check or cash only, and a deposit of €50 for cleaning costs, will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you at your departure, if you return your rental in a state of cleanliness identical to that of your arrival and that no damage is noted.
The tourist tax is 0.22cts per adult (from 18 years old) and per night.
The reservation will become effective only after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
